I didn't receive my confirmation email

Check spam first, then ask the organizer to look up your registration.

First step: check your spam / junk folder. Confirmation emails come from a LimitLock domain that some inbox filters haven't seen before.

Still nothing? The Stripe payment receipt comes from Stripe directly (look for an email with subject "Receipt from..."). That confirms your payment went through even if our confirmation email didn't arrive.

To find your registration without the email:

  1. Sign in at limitlock.app with the email you used at registration (use the magic-link option if you don't have a password).
  2. You'll land on the live leaderboard for the tournament.
  3. The tournament organizer can also see your registration on their roster — message them and ask.

If your payment didn't go through: you would have seen an error on the checkout screen and your card wouldn't have been charged. No email = no charge in that case.
