How do anglers register for a tournament?

Each tournament has a public registration link. Find it on the tournament page — there are two formats:

• Vanity link (preferred): limitlock.app/r/cactus-cup-2026 — auto-generated from your tournament name + year.
• Direct link: limitlock.app/register/[id] — works just as well, slightly less pretty.

Share that link via text, Facebook group, club email, whatever. When an angler clicks:

1. They see the tournament details, side pots, place winnings, and any rules / waiver text.
2. They fill in name, email, phone, role (boater / co-angler / either), and optional partner name.
3. They opt into any side pots they want.
4. They pay via Stripe Checkout — credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
5. After paying, they get a confirmation email and land on a "you're registered" page.

You see them on your roster immediately. No approval step required (unless you've configured a membership-only gate).
